Cancellation Policy

Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you have any questions or if you need to rescheduled or cancel your appointment, please respond to this email or text/call me at 919-720-6003 to personally correspond with me.

My cancellation policy:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive service they need. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be billed to you:
- Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
-Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a. 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
-Failure to show up for your appointment will result in 100% charge of the reserved service amount. . 

 

Feeling Sick?

If you are sick or  have come in contact with someone with COVID-19. Please give 24 hour notice that you cannot make your appointment to avoid being charged. 

 

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. 

If you arrive 10 minutes or later for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule as to not interfere with other appointments scheduled. 

 If I am still able to see you that day an additional $15 will be added to your total.

 

Additional Information

·  Packages & gift cards have 1 year to be used from their original purchase date. Refunds or credit may not be granted. 

·  If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact me within 24 hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected. 

·  Promotions are available during certain months all promotions have an expiration date and will not be valid after the posted date. You may prepay for services during promotions.
